the pools had variety. staff kindness stood out. the lunch buffets include many options like hamburgers and pizza, which i found satisfying. night shows in the theater were great.

the gym lack air conditioning, so working out felt difficult.

the hotel had several pools so finding a spot was never difficult. the buffet food was good with plenty of options. the location was close to the ferry for a day trip to isla mujeres. the rooms was clean.

elevator wait times did sometime feels a bit long.
